Jalandhar:- Three people from Jalandhar have been found corona positive in Ludhiana. At the same time, an 86-year-old corona-infected elderly resident of Moti Nagar Maqsudan died in a private hospital. Out of the three new cases, two patients are admitted to CMC Ludhiana and one infected DMC Ludhiana.
With this, the total number of infected in the district has increased to 320. Earlier, on Tuesday, four cases of corona have been reported in the district. While the health department has confirmed only one girl from Patna to be corona positive. So far, according to government records, the number of patients in the district is 315 instead of 318.
On Tuesday, reports of samples from 68 people were found to be negative. Four patients have been discharged from the hospital and sent home. The owner of the rubber industry residing in Friends Colony and the laboratory technician posted at Chodda Hospital who are admitted in CMC Hospital Ludhiana.
His report was found positive on Monday.
Dainik Jagran had also disclosed this, but even after 24 hours has passed, even in the digital era, the health department has not officially reached the local department officials from Ludhiana. However, both patients’ families and hospital staff have quarantined themselves by giving their own samples.
Apart from this, after the arrival of the father-son from Pathankot positive in Vijay Nagar in the city, his relative was reported corona positive in DMC Hospital. However, official information has not been reached to the health department. According to data from the local health department, the only patient found positive in the city is a 23-year-old girl from Patna.
