Anger of Punjab people against China, Chinese flag and objects burnt

Jalandhar:- On the martyrdom of twenty army personnel in Galvan, Ladakh on the Indo-China border, people in Punjab fiercely raged against China. While people paid tribute to the martyrs across the state, they expressed their fury by breaking Chinese-made items and burning the national flag of China. During the protest, everyone called for boycott of Chinese goods if they want to teach China a lesson and revenge the martyrdom.

Former Air Force officer Nirmal Singh Bedi demanded the Central Government’s deployment of ex-servicemen on the border to give a fair response to China.All Muslim Welfare Society head Manik Ali and Baspa district head Tarsem Bhola said that people should boycott Chinese goods. The District Congress Committee also demanded to teach China a lesson.

In Abohar, members of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and the Bajrang Dal demonstrated by breaking Chinese goods and burning the Chinese flag. On this occasion, the members of the party appealed to the people to boycott Chinese goods.
